Siruqing, a male dolphin in the Hebei Aquarium, vomited blood on August 18. According to the aquarium staff, Siruqing began showing symptoms of vomiting blood and coughing on the morning of the same day.
The aquarium staff have taken measures to ensure his health. They immediately took him out of the water for examination after noticing that he was not swimming properly. They also collected samples of his vomit and blood for further analysis.
According to the preliminary diagnosis, it is suspected that Siruqing may be suffering from a bacterial infection in his respiratory system. The aquarium staff have begun treating him with antibiotics and are monitoring his condition closely.
The aquarium has been transparent about its treatment of Siruqing and has updated the public on his condition through social media. Despite his condition, Siruqing is still able to swim normally and the aquarium hopes that he will make a full recovery soon.
